I mean the website in the movie called "Jigsaw rulls"

Stolberg on Twitter said he considered House of Jigsaw, Sawfrreaks (though this one makes a bit sense in-universe), and The Sawmill as alternate names on Twitter.

I think using fansite names such as HoJ and Sawfreaks wouldve made it seem even more like a fanfilm, but I bet it was inspired by this or HoJ

Oh definitely inspired for sure...but to not use one of those seems like a missed opportunity. Average movie watchers or newcomers wouldn't know any different. Only the people who were part of the site would know, and maybe some of those buzzfeed type websites that use stuff like that as "news" and "journalism". But it'd still be cool.

I can picture the Buzzfeed post now, 'SOMETHING IN JIGSAW EXISTS IN REAL LIFE, THE ANSWER IS SHOCKING!'

Funny, I imagined the Jigsaw Rules layout probably looked a lot like this one.
So far I have met:: Costas Mandylor, Tobin Bell, Julie Benz, J. LaRose, Darren Lynn Bousman, Michael Emerson
